Manual/Therapeutic massage and Craniosacral therapy

45•60•90 min sessions available
A focused session designed around the areas affecting your movement and comfort.
A More Personal Way to Support Your Recovery
This therapeutic massage begins with a conversation about your current concerns, movement patterns, and goals. I use that information to guide focused work rather than applying a one-size-fits-all routine. The session may address areas of tension, restricted mobility, or discomfort that interfere with daily activities.
You will receive attentive care at a pace that respects your body and your needs. I communicate throughout the appointment so pressure and techniques can be adjusted appropriately. The experience is intended to help you feel more aware of your body while supporting practical progress toward easier movement and recovery.
Ideal For
Ongoing muscle tension or discomfort
Limited mobility affecting daily movement

About
Your hormones are not the problem. They may be revealing the problem.
I believe your body is not broken—it is communicating with you.
My approach to metabolic and hormone health begins with one of the most important signals in the body: insulin. Chronically elevated insulin can influence blood sugar regulation, fat storage, hunger, inflammation, energy, and eventually the hormonal environment.
Rather than chasing symptoms one at a time, I help you understand what is happening underneath them.
Through metabolic coaching, we look at nutrition, protein, glucose and insulin regulation, sleep, stress, movement, circadian rhythm, and the changes that occur throughout perimenopause and menopause. The goal isn't another restrictive diet or a quick fix. It's learning how to work with your physiology.
An insulin-first approach to hormone health
Hormones don't operate independently. Your metabolic health creates the environment in which your hormones function.
This is especially important for women as estrogen begins to decline during perimenopause and menopause. Changes in estrogen can expose metabolic problems that may have been developing quietly for years.
My goal is to help you connect the dots—to understand why you feel the way you feel, what your body may be trying to tell you, and what you can actually do about it.
And the body still matters.
My background in medical massage gives me another perspective on the human body. I understand that movement, pain, tension, mobility, and physical stress can all influence how we experience health.
Massage is available as a complementary part of my work, but my primary focus is helping you understand and improve the metabolic foundation beneath your health.
