About ONE BODY edu
You Are Not Broken. Your Body Is Talking.
For years, I did what I was told was healthy.
I ate clean. I went plant-based. I followed a low-fat approach. I exercised. I tried to do everything “right.”
But I still didn't feel right.
I struggled with my own metabolic health and eventually realized I was missing something much bigger than another diet, supplement, or quick fix.
I needed to understand why my body was responding the way it was.
That changed everything.
With 26 years of experience in health and nutrition, education through Dr. Robert Kiltz and continued study through Nutrition Network with a focus on women's hormones and health, I began connecting the pieces differently.
I learned that women's health isn't just about hormones.
It's about the foundation underneath them.
At ONE BODY edu, I work with women in peri- and post-menopause who are frustrated because they don't feel like themselves anymore—women struggling with weight, energy, sleep, emotions, and confusing changes in their bodies.
My job isn't to tell you that you're broken or give you another list of things to take.
My job is to educate you.
Through The ONE BODY Method, we focus on the foundations that support your health: nervous system regulation, whole-food nutrition, circadian rhythm, movement, and building and maintaining muscle.
Because I don't believe you should have to outsource your health to someone else.
I want you to understand your body well enough to make informed choices for yourself.
Healing isn't linear.
Your body is constantly communicating with you.
Let's learn how to listen.

I was introduced to Kim by a friend at the gym a few months ago. At the time, I knew I needed to change my eating habits because I was eating garbage 24/7, and my osteoarthritis and inflammation were through the roof.Kim was kind, very easy to talk to, and incredibly knowledgeable. I'm now getting ready to enter Week 8 of keto/carnivore, and I'm transitioning into strict carnivore. I'm close, but not quite there yet!The changes I've already experienced are many. The most welcomed change has been a slight improvement in my cervical neck pain from osteoarthritis. My shoulder pain has also diminished somewhat, and I've noticed improvements in my range of motion and flexibility.I've
